OUR PRICES INCLUDE HAVEN ENTERTAINMENT PASSES.This Sapphire Super is a front row Gold caravan with PANORAMIC SEA AND CLIFFS VIEWS. it has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8. 2 toilets 1 with shower facilities. warm air heating and double glazing throughout. AIR CONDITIONING FOR HOT SUMMER DAYS. The Lounge area has a colour TV,DVD, Stereo and Gas Fire. The Kitchen Area has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave, with a standard inventory of crockery/pots and pans. We also supply IRON, IRONING BOARD, HAIRDRYER. This caravan has a decking area that can be lit up at night, cook on the permanent FREE gas BBQ. EAT AL GRESCO STYLE USING THE PATIO TABLE AND CHAIRS PROVIDED, While watching the ships in the bay. It is only 10 yards from the South West Coastal Path. 15 yards in front of the caravan is a large grass area were the children can play, there is also a paint ball complex for everyone to enjoy. Terms & Conditions
INSURANCE. It is recommended that you purchase some form of holiday insurance, from your local broker, which should include personal and public liability. PETS. No pets are allowed to stay in our caravan. SMOKING. No smoking allowed in our caravan. DUVETS AND PILLOWS. Are provided, BUT PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, DUVET COVERS AND PILLOW CASES. OWNERS RULES. The Caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition, the hirer is responsible for all members of the party, and must make good any losses, breakages or damage done to the caravan, or its contents during their stay. The area surrounding the caravan, must be kept clean and tidy at all times. PLEASE REMOVE DIRTY FOOT WEAR ON ENTERING THE CARAVAN. HOLIDAY PAYMENTS. We ask for a £75 non returnable deposit to book your holiday. And full payment is due 8 weeks before your holiday. If full payment is not received by this date we will cancel your booking. CANCELLATION. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, only the £50 deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Should accommodation booked become unavailable, due to circunstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. alternative accommodation can be offered were possible to the same value. HAVEN/DEVON CLIFFS PARK- CLUB RULES. All park rules are displayed, please ensure that you and your party comply with these.
