Full Description
Situated in a quiet corner of the park, this Bermuda is fully double glazed and centrally heated.
The main bedroom has double bed, large wardrobe, dressing table and cupboards.
The second and third bedrooms both have 2 single beds, wardrobe and cupboard space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a built in ironing board, with iron.
The lounge/diner is very spacious.
The dining table has fixed seating and a free standing chair and stool.
There is a flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player in the lounge area, and there is an electric feature fire as additional heating.
The shower room has large shower and wash basin, and the w.c. is seperate.
Outside, there is a large grass area alongside which is safe for children to play on, and a tarmac parking bay.
Pitch SV37.
No pets are permitted and no smoking inside the caravan is allowed.
Bed linen is included with this caravan.

INSURANCE.
It is recommended that you purchase holiday insurance to cover all personal possessions, cancellation/curtailment and travel expenses.
PETS.
No pets are permitted.
SMOKING.
All caravans are no smoking zones! This is a legal requirement. Guests are requested to smoke outside.
PARKING.
Parking of cars is either alongside the caravan, in a designated area near the caravan or in the holiday park car parks. The site speed limit is 10 miles per hour and all cars must be taxed, insured and roadworthy.
BOOKINGS.
Your booking will be treated as provisional and held for 5 working days pending receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received and alternative arrangements have not been made, the holiday will be re-advertised. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due six weeks before the holiday commences, unless other arrangements have been made. If the holiday is booked within six weeks of the start date, then payment is required in full.
CANCELLATION.
Cancellation must be notified in writing and the date of receipt of the written cancellation will be deemed as the date of cancellation. If you cancel more than six weeks before the start of your holiday, you will only lose your deposit., if you cancel 42 - 21 days before the start date of your holiday you will lose your deposit and 60% of the holiday cost, if you cancel within 20 days of the start date of your holiday you will lose 100% of the cost.
BEDDING.
All caravans are equipped with duvets and pillows. Bed linen is provided in this caravan.
NO BOOKINGS ARE PERMITTED FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES, OR GROUPS WHERE ALL OCCUPANTS ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
THE HIRER OF THE CARAVAN MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 AND MUST OCCUPY THE CARAVAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT,
