We have now for our own use a private caravan very close to 'Devon Cliffs' in Exmouth. ''For hire''
Sited on a very exclusive site at entrance to the holiday park.
This has access to public foot path to 'Sandy Bay' & then the Devon Dorset costal path.
The caravan is at moment available Monday (or Sunday evening to Fridays. March - November. For hire.
Certain weeks will be available Sat. - Sat. or Sat - Fri depending on our own visits.
Couples only. - up to 4 persons max. aged over 21
No children, & sorry no holidaymakers Pets allowed on this site.
Ideal for retied pensioners persons or anyone wishing to take a holiday in East Devon.
Very close to Exmouth &also the 'Tesco' superstore a 5 minute drive away
There is a bus stop just outside the site 5 minuets walk from caravan
The site is very private / peaceful.
The caravan is a 2 bedroom 'Pemberton Mystique'
Double glazed & central heated.
Large wooden side & front veranda.
Views on Sandy Bay / Exmouth sea. & inland surrounding woodlands.
Caravan features.
Nice kitchen. large fridge freezer. Gas cooker / microwave. &
washing machine & clothes line.
Main large double bed. on-suite shower / toilet.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds.
Bed linen & or towels can be provided if required.
Second bathroom with bath / shower & toilet.
Very large lounge / dinning room.
2 sets of patio doors
Large TV with free view.
Tarmac roads & caravan pull in.
This caravan will be hired at reasonable hire rates.

1. When you book, an online payment is made via ‘Smartbookers’ to secure your booking.
I will contact you via e-mail asap to thank & confirm your booking.
Then a receipt from ‘Bay View Caravans’ will be E mailed to you.
I will direct you to an online booking form which I will need you to print off, complete & sign after reading our T’s & C’s, first.
On a ‘Late booking’ I would expect YOU to contact me by phone asap, to arrange priority paperwork – please. 01773 819792.
A Late booking would require full payment via ‘Smartbookers’.
2 .Final full payments. Required at least 5 weeks prior to your holiday date - please
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Ms. Lynn Eaton and the envelope addressed to Peter Eaton (BVC). Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
Final payments may be made online (details would be given). Subject to a 3 % admin charge.
3. On receiving your payments a key release form & Park details will be returned to you by Post.
4. Should you book 5 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday or me not being able to contact you !.
