Our lovely 4-6 Berth (2 Bedrooms and Sofa Bed) Bungalow is on Point Curlew Holiday Estate in PADSTOW just 5 minutes from 7 sandy beaches and 20 minutes from NEWQUAY and the EDEN PROJECT.
The bungalow is furnished to a high standard with two bedrooms, lounge (with sofa bed, TV and heating), dining area, kitchen (to include microwave, fridge and cooker) and a shower, bath & toilet. The bungalow comes complete with duvets, pillows and blankets and also has it’s own garden furniture and outside area.
Point Curlew Holiday Estate is a family friendly park set in 27 acres of peaceful grassed parkland near the charming fishing port of PADSTOW in North Cornwall and is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. The park is just 20 minutes from NEWQUAY and the EDEN PROJECT, and 5 minutes from 7 SANDY BEACHES just waiting for you to relax.
Facilities include a CLUBHOUSE with ENTERTAINMENT, CHILDRENS PLAY AREA, GAMES ROOM, SPACIOUS LOUNGE BARS, DINING AREA and CONSERVATORY RESTAURANT and much, much more to make that perfect break for you and your family.

Booking Terms and Conditions (we will accept your booking ONLY upon when we receive one of our booking forms completed by you)
Pets
Pets are welcome in Padstow only at £20.00 per pet per week. We ask that dogs are kept on a lead, and all pets are never left alone in the accommodation. Upon departure, please clean the accommodation so that all traces/odour from your pet are removed.
Occupancy
You may normally occupy at 3pm; we would ask that you vacate by 10am on your day of departure. Please inspect the accommodation upon arrival; should you be dissatisfied, please tell us within 4 hours as the lead member of your group will be wholly responsible for the accommodation after this. The maximum number of berths must not be exceeded, and only those listed on the booking form may occupy the accommodation.
Availability
We may have to substitute similar accommodation to that advertised; however, it will be on the same park, will have the same berths and will be of a similar age/standard but may not be owned by us. Please notify us when booking if this is not acceptable.
Bed Linen
All caravans come with duvets, pillows and blankets (duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases are not provided).
Gas and Electricity
Par – Electricity cards can be purchased from the shop; gas bottles are provided free. Padstow – (Caravan) Electricity and bottled gas is free. If the gas runs out please tell us – we will put this right. (Bungalow) Electricity is supplied via a meter which takes £1 coins, there is no gas). Perranporth – Electricity is supplied via a meter which takes £1 coins (there is no gas).
Deposits/Payments
Your booking will be confirmed, in writing, when we receive a deposit of £50.00 per week booked (non-refundable). We must receive the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival (failure to pay by this time will result, initially, in a £15.00 administration charge, followed, a week after the due date, by cancellation of the holiday). We will also need a security deposit of £50.00 per booking; any breach of the booking terms and conditions will result in a deduction from that deposit. The accommodation must be thoroughly cleaned and left in a satisfactory condition ready for the next guests. All bookings through www.smartbookers.co.uk will attract a booking fee of £10.00-£15.00.
Groups/Single Sex Bookings
Some of our holiday parks will only accept bookings from couples (two people) or families; please tell us before you book if your group is different to this. We reserve the right to terminate your booking (without any refund) if you do not tell us.
General Conduct
Should a member of your holiday group disturb other guests, or cause wilful damage, we will ask you to leave with no refund payable.
Cancellations
If you cancel your holiday, or it is cancelled because you have not paid in full by the due date; we will refund the following (less the initial deposit):
Cancellation 12 to 16 weeks before occupancy 100% refund
Cancellation 8 to 12 weeks before occupancy 50% refund
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before occupancy No refund
We cannot accept liability/pay compensation for changes/cancellations beyond our control.
