A four year old 2 bedroom caravan which will sleep up to 6 people, comprising of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom with double bed conversion and a double bed conversion to the lounge. There is a choice of parking to the front or end of the caravan for easy access. There is a WC and shower room, a lovely fitted kitchen having a new stainless steel effect fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, double oven and gas hob. The lounge area has a gas fire, colour TV / VHS / DVD combination. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with two bench seats, stool and dining table. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing break, then this is the place to be. Ideally suited to the more mature family as there is nothing to do here but chill out. There is no entertainment on site, although there is a grassed play area for the kids to kick a ball, play cricket etc.. Plenty of countryside walks, or just sit on the veranda with a book listening to the birds and watching the rabbits. The neighbours are friendly and you will probably find yourself nattering for hours whilst making new friends. Although secluded, the site isn't totally out on a limb. Within a couple of miles can be found pub food, Morrison's, fish and chip shops, Chinese take away, or take an early morning stroll to the filling station shop for newspapers, milk, eggs, bread etc.. The central location allows for easy access for day trips to Whitby, Hornsea Freeport and all points in between, such as Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. If the sea side isn't your thing, you can go inland to such beautiful places as Pickering, Thornton-le-Dale, Heartbeat country, Beverley etc.. If your idea of fun is partying all night, getting the tinnies in and kicking a football around the caravans with the lads, then this place isn't for you. Any type of noise or disturbance is frowned upon and would probably incur a telling off from the Warden and cause trouble for the owner. Just come and relax, put your feat up and enjoy your holiday. (Since this photo was taken, a new veranda to the side has been fitted, with hanging baskets, tubs, pot plants etc.. Please feel free to water them in hot dry weather!!) NEW THIS YEAR! The caravan owner will not be held liable for any damage or injury caused by driving over the humps too quickly or carelessly. This caravan is privately owned, please leave the caravan as you would expect to find it, report any damages or losses to the owner immediately. Lost keys will be charged at £10 each. There may be tea, coffee, cereals, snacks etc. in the cupboards. The owner doesn't mind visitors making use of these as long as any items used up are replaced or an appropriate donation left in the 'coffee jar'.
